Terms and Conditions

By registering for any class, membership, event, or program with Move Sport Ninja Academy, you agree to the policies outlined below. These Terms & Conditions govern scheduling, billing, participation, communication, and the use of our facility.

1. Membership & Billing Policies

  • Memberships are billed according to the plan selected at registration.

  • All memberships renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

  • Billing typically occurs on the 1st of each month.

  • Any changes to payment methods or account information must be completed prior to the next billing cycle.

2. SMS Consent & Communication Policy (Twilio-Compliant)

When providing your phone number during registration—whether through our website, app, or in-person—you consent to receive SMS messages from Move Sport Ninja Academy.

These messages may include:

  • Class reminders and schedule updates

  • Membership or account notifications

  • Facility-wide updates or urgent alerts

  • Rewards/points program updates (including referral points and attendance bonuses)

  • Occasional offers for camps, birthday parties, or private lessons. By providing your phone number during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your classes, membership, account updates, rewards program, and occasional offers for camps, private lessons, or parties. SMS is only sent to customers who provide explicit consent during registration. Standard message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

Your consent applies only to communications from Move Sport Ninja Academy. We do not share or sell your phone number.

3. Booking Classes

  • Classes are booked through the Glofox app.

  • If you cancel a class more than 1 hour before the start time, the associated credit will automatically return to your account.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of class start time are considered “used” unless an exception is granted by management.

  • Class sizes are limited—booking a spot prevents someone else from joining.

4. Waitlist Policy

If placed on a waitlist:

  • You are queued on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If a spot opens, you will be automatically moved into the class.

  • Once moved into class, you are responsible for attending.

  • If you do not attend after being moved into class, the credit will be marked “used.”

5. Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership:

  • A written request via email must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle (typically the 1st of the month).

  • Verbal cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be honored.

  • Once canceled, membership spots are not held and may require joining a waitlist before returning.

6. Frozen Memberships

  • Members may freeze their membership for up to 1 month.

  • Frozen memberships automatically resume (“thaw”) after 30 days.

  • Longer absences require full membership cancellation.

  • Frozen members remain “active” and receive priority over inactive/canceled accounts for marketing, offers, and openings.

7. Birthday Parties

  • Birthday parties are refundable only if canceled at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Once booked, your time slot is removed from availability. In fairness to others, cancellations must allow sufficient time for another family to book the slot.

8. Class Levels

Our recreational and competitive programs follow a structured leveling system:

  • Levels 1, 2, 3: Recreational classes

  • Levels 4, 5, 6: Competitive teams

  • Advancement requires demonstrating proficiency across a percentage of required skills for each level.

9. Camps

  • Camp credits are non-refundable once purchased.

  • A one-time courtesy reschedule may be available.

  • Rescheduled dates become final.

  • Camp weeks have limited spots and must be finalized in advance.

10. Participation Waiver

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk. By registering, members and guardians agree to assume full responsibility for injuries or damages sustained while participating in activities at Move Sport Ninja Academy or related events.

11. Facility Rights

Move Sport Ninja Academy reserves the right to adjust:

  • Class schedules

  • Programming

  • Pricing

  • Policies

  • Instructor assignments

as needed to maintain a safe and high-quality training environment.
