Terms of service.

Birthday Parties are only refundable if canceled within 2 weeks of date of the Party. A written request must be received via mail or email. When booked initially, that time slot is removed from the Calendar making it impossible for anyone else to book that time slot; Thus any cancellations must therefore allow for that time slot to be filled by someone else in a timely manner.

Classes are booked using the GloFox app. If cancelled, the credit from that class will automatically return to the account of the booked participant. Any Booking or Cancellation must be made within 1 hour of the start of the class. A cancellation made after the 1 hour window, will be considered “used” unless an exception is made by management. Class spots are limited and anyone who is booked into the class effectively used 1 of those spots, limiting the number of spaces in that class.

Waiting List. If assigned to the waiting list, one is not guaranteed attendance to that class. They are entered onto the waiting list in a 1st come-1st served manner, and will only be moved to Attending If someone else cancels. One may cancel within 1 hour of the class without losing a credit. Whoever is on the waiting list will automatically be moved to attending in the order assigned to the waiting list. If moved to attending it is their responsibility to be there and prepared for class. If moved to attending, and do not attend, that credit will be considered “used.”

Canceling membership. The only way to ensure the membership is cancelled is via a written request. We do our best to honor any verbal communications, but this is not recommended. It is best practice to notify us via email at movesportaustin@gmail.com prior to the start of the new billing period. In most cases, billing happens on the 1st of the month and so the notification must be received at least 24 hours beforehand. If a membership is cancelled, the participant may need to join a waiting list prior to resuming classes.

Frozen Membership. Any membership may be frozen for up to 1-month, but not more. A frozen membership will automatically “thaw” after 30 days and resume billing as it did before. If the participant is gone more than 30 days, we recommend to Cancel that membership instead. A frozen membership allows a member to remain “active” in our system and will take priority over any “inactive” or cancelled memberships; Marketing, offers and limited opportunities are prioritized to “active” members.

Class Level. Our Rec classes are split into 3 levels; 1,2 and 3. Our Competitive Teams are levels 4, 5 and 6. There are 6 total levels in our programming. Each Level has a minimum number of skills to be completed prior to advancement; in most cases, a certain percentile of total skills are required.

Camps. Once purchased, a camp credit is non-refundable. We do offer a 1-time courtesy however if the dates need to be moved to another week. We understand that plans can change and we will do our best to accommodate. Once the move has been made the new date will be considered final. The overall number of camp spots are limited each week thus the requirement to finalize each week’s attendance.
